Many Americans are wondering what they can do to keep from getting the swine flu virus following Monday’s announcement from President Barack Obama’s science advisors, who say swine flu could infect half the U.S. population.
Results of a limited clinical trial of a new cancer drug may be encouraging for patients with some difficult types of cancer.
The drug is called olaparib, and researchers say it disrupts the growth of cancer cells caused by an unusual genetic mutation (BRCA I,BRCAII). ‚s Melinda Smith has details.
